What we do

At Latitude Yacht Brokerage it is our job to either help you sell your boat to the right buyer and at the best price, or help you buy the best boat for your boating needs at a price where everyone wins. Buying, selling, pricing etc are your decisions; we are here to provide you with the data you need to make the decisions that are best for you. Our combined experience of more than 150 years in the marine industry also enables us to offer observations on just about every aspect involved in your buying/selling journey. We also have an extensive network of resources, from surveyors to mechanics to documentation and everything in between should the need arise. About Captain dave
I started racing duckboats in Barnegat Bay when I was 8 years old. Since then, for the past 60 years, I’ve been around boats in one form or another:
∙ In my formative years racing One Design sailboats on inland lakes and rivers
∙ Bareboat skippering various sailboats in the Caribbean from the BVI’s to the Grenadines and in-between
∙ Cruising Cape Cod and the Islands in the northeast US for 10 years in my Beneteau 35S5
∙ 4 Sailing Yacht deliveries from Bermuda to various destinations the Northeast US
∙ Going over to the dark side and spending the last 17 years cruising Northeast US Waters from Long Island Sound to Boston and most points in between in my Silverton 38C.
Even though I’m still running the Silverton, I am now into yacht brokering and have joined the team at www.latituteyacht.com
